Yes a 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. Until the deposit is received, your date remains open and can be claimed by someone else. The remaining 50% is collected on the day of your shoot. Deposits are non-refundable but sessions can be rescheduled with 48+ hours notice.

KW Studios specializes in couples sessions (including engagement and anniversary shoots), portrait sessions for individuals, and creative sessions for influencers, content creators, and personal brands. Not sure which fits you? Just reach out we'll figure it out together.

Galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session date. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. You'll receive your images through a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.

Our studio is located in Forney, TX and we currently serve the Dallas area. Reach out and we'll make it work.

Both! We shoot at outdoor locations (parks, urban environments, golden hour fields you name it) as well as studio setups depending on your session. The location choice is part of the creative planning we do together before your shoot.
